Welcome to the Stanton Planning and Zoning.   The City of Stanton’s Planning and Zoning office is responsible for applications for Zone Changes, Conditional Use Permits, and Dimensional Variances. The Board of Adjustments meets every third Thursday at 6:00 p.m. and Planning and Zoning meets every third Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at 98 Court Street in Stanton. These boards are responsible for hearing all public hearings regarding all applications.
