About Us

The Stanton City Park Baseball Leagues are managed and operated by an all-volunteer sub-committee of involved parents and sponsors. They work diligently throughout the year to ensure each league is safe, fun, and enjoyable. The Baseball League sub-committee operates all year and handles sponsorships, fundraising, planning, and maintenance. Their efforts make them an integral part of the community.

Seasons

The Baseball League operates in two seasons: Spring and Fall. The Spring season typically opens registration and starts practicing in March, begin playing games in April, and conclude in early June. The Fall season typically begins registration in August, begins practicing and playing games in September, and concludes in early October. During both seasons, as well as in the Summer, various coaches are involved in travel baseball tournaments. Some tournaments are also hosted at the Stanton City Park. While these aren't directly affiliated with the Stanton City Park Baseball Leagues, there is significant overlap with players and coaches. If you're interested in participating in the Stanton City Park Baseball League, you can find registration information below.

Leagues

During each season a number of Leagues are formed based on the number of players and the desired skill sets that need to be focused on. Not all Leagues are offered each season. This largely depends on the number of players that register for each season.

Here is a complete list of Leagues:

  • T-Ball

  • Coach Pitch

  • Kid Pitch (Major/Minor League)

Registration

Registering for an upcoming league is easy. You simply fill out our registration form and pay securely using your credit card or PayPal (all payments are processed through PayPal). After the registration window has closed, the players will be grouped in to teams and assigned a coach. That coach will then reach out to you with further instructions regarding assistant coaches, practice schedule, and other important information. Please note that you can only register during the specified registration window. That information can be found on the Park Calendar or on the Stanton Parks & Rec Baseball League Facebook Page.

Scholarships

If you wish to apply for a scholarship to any of our leagues, you may do so by filling out the Scholarship Application on the Sports Leagues page.

Scheduling

The Stanton City Park handles all game scheduling through our QuickScores site. This also handles our tournament scheduling, new team registration, and scheduling of officials.
