Sports League Worker Information
& Zero Tolerance Policy
For all Coaches, Referees, Umpires, and Scorekeepers
At the Stanton City Park, we strive to offer a fun and safe environment for everyone to enjoy. As part of our safety efforts, we perform a criminal record check on anyone who is associated with our sports leagues. We also operate under a Zero Tolerance Policy towards violent, abusive, or disruptive behavior directed at any player, coach, umpire, referee, park employee or spectator. We require all individuals who are working with our sports leagues to agree to this policy.
If you are planning on working with one of our leagues this season, please submit our Sports League Worker Information & Zero Tolerance Policy form.
Referees & Umpires
If you are a new referee or umpire, please download a copy of the W-9 form from the I.R.S.'s website and drop it off at Stanton City Hall . You only need to fill out the first page. We will fill out the Employer Identification Number when you submit the form. You can also drop it off in the drop box if you arrive after normal business hours.
