Board of Adjustment
The City of Stanton Board of Adjustment is made up of five members:

Ruth Jones
Kevin Morton - Chair
Lynn Smith - Vice Chair
The Board of Adjustments meets every third Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at Stanton City Hall, 98 Court Street, Stanton, KY 40380. The Board of Adjustments are governed by KRS 100.217 which states they are to "Hear and decide applications for conditional use permits and variances. Hear and decide cases where it is alleged by an applicant that there is error in any order, requirement, decision, grant, or refusal made by an administrative official in the enforcement of the zoning regulation."
Planning Commission
The City of Stanton Planning Commission is made up of five members:

Tony Story - Chair
The Planning Commission which is governed by KRS Chapter 100 and hears requests for map and text amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and for subdivisions of land and meets every third Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm. at City Hall, 98 Court Street, Stanton, Kentucky 40380.
