Thank you for participating in our sports league! We strive to provide a positive experience for all players, but we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review the following refund policy:

• Youth Sports Full Refunds: Participants are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted prior to being drafted to a team. This is to ensure that we can properly manage league registration and team assignments.

• Youth Partial Refunds: After the draft has been completed, participants may request a partial refund, which will be processed based on the remaining portion of the season. The amount refunded will be adjusted to reflect the administrative costs and any league-related expenses incurred up to that point.

• Adult Sports Full Refunds: Participants are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted prior to registration ending.

• Adult Partial Refunds: After the registration has ended, participants may request a partial refund, which will be processed based on the remaining portion of the season. The amount refunded will be adjusted to reflect the administrative costs and any league-related expenses incurred up to that point.

Refund requests must be submitted online to the Stanton Parks & Recreation website, and they will be processed within 7–10 business days.
