Thank you for participating in our sports league! We strive to provide a positive experience for all players, but we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review the following refund policy:

• Youth Sports

  • Full Refunds: Participants are eligible for a full refund (100%) if a cancellation request is submitted prior to being drafted to a team. This is to ensure that we can properly manage league registration and team assignments.

  • Partial Refunds: After the draft has been completed, participants may be eligible for a partial refund.

    • After draft but before first league game of the season: 50%

    • After first league game of the season, 0%​​

• Adult Sports

  • Full Refunds: Participants are eligible for a full refund (100%) if a cancellation request is submitted prior to registration ending.

  • Partial Refunds: After the registration has ended, participants may be eligible for a partial refund.

    • After registration ends but before first league game of the season: 50%

    • After first league game of the season, 0%

If you or your child is removed from any sport (adult or youth), all refunds are forfeit.

Refund requests must be submitted online to the Stanton Parks & Recreation website, and they will be processed within 7–10 business days.
